The project involves the construction of a catering facility spanning a gross area of 1400㎡, comprising basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic levels. The basement houses a wine cellar with a dedicated production facility, a warehouse for barrels, a machine room, and additional storage areas. It also includes visitor toilets and employee wardrobes. On the ground floor, there is a planned wine tasting area, a restaurant with its own kitchen, auxiliary functional spaces, and a wine shop. Accommodation facilities are situated on both the first floor and the attic.
The building, designed to resemble an old traditional house, incorporates traditional materials such as stone and wood. These elements are combined with modern glass facade surfaces and accentuated canopies, resulting in a unique and original appearance.
