Founded in 1992 in Bitola, Macedonia, Esperanca Doo has evolved over more than 30 years as a dedicated construction company. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our motto: an analytical approach to creating spaces that inspire a better lifestyle.
Esperanca is licensed for the design and revision of technical documentation for all types of constructions, execution of construction development, and supervision of building projects.

Legacy
Sotir Shundovski (1933-2002) was a Macedonian architect known for his modern and post-modern works in the post-war 20th century. Born in Gopesh, Bitola, on February 28, 1933, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade in 1960. Shundovski had a 38-year career, leaving a significant impact on architecture.
Key works include the General Hospital in Bitola (1968), Basic Court (1970), "Javor" Department Store (1975), Stopanska Banka (1976), GP "Pelister" administrative building (1977), Consumer Dairy (1979), "Krushevo" Bakery (1983), GP "Pelister" Administrative Building (1987), "Molika" Hotel (1990), Business Center (1996), and "Sanpromet" Shopping Center (1996).
Shundovski, who co-established "IZING" in 1994, received the AAM Grand Award for Architecture in 1994 for the GP "Pelister" building. He is remembered for his balanced approach to function, form, and materials, blending tradition with modernity. Shundovski passed away on March 17, 2002, in Bitola.

Since the founding of Esperanca, various colleagues and collaborators have made significant engineering contributions to the company at different stages of its development. In our design office and on the construction site, numerous high school students and interns have gained practical experience through their involvement.
