History

The building, constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, was initially intended for Sultan Reshad V's use in 1911. Later, it served as the municipal administration and housed the historical archive. Since 1979, it has been the seat of the Rector's Office at the University of St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola.

This splendid structure stands as one of the finest examples of eclectic and neo-Renaissance architecture in Bitola. Its condition is meticulously maintained through occasional necessary reconstructions, both on the facades and in the interior.

About

The most recent reconstruction in 2008 involved the preparation of project-technical documentation for the facade, window replacements, interior arrangement, and the modernization of some working spaces. We offer executive and professional supervision during the execution of these tasks.
