Construction of the structural part of a building with a gross area of 4900㎡, featuring two levels of cellars and underground parking, a ground floor, five floors, and an attic. The residential section of the building includes 43 residential units.

All structural elements in the building are constructed with reinforced concrete, and the non-structural wall surfaces are composed of ceramic blocks.
