Residential and Commercial Building GP 1.01

This architectural design project is for a building with a gross area of 9640㎡, featuring cellar, basement, ground floor, five floors, and an attic. Additionally, two levels of parking space with separate entrances are organized within the premises.

The facility has been finalized as part of the conceptual solution for a complex spanning 15,296㎡, primarily designated for commercial activities. It is functionally connected to the already constructed business space. The construction plan includes the development of 76 residential units in the residential part of the building.
