OOU Grigor Prlichev
An architectural design project has been developed for the construction of a new school building within the facilities complex of OOU 'Grigor Prlichev,' situated in the central city area of Ohrid. This location serves over 1070 students from grades 1-9.
The newly designed school building embraces a modern concept, aiming to be both functional and appealing while effectively fulfilling its mission of improving conditions for the educational process. It is specifically designed for one-shift teaching of students from grades 1-5, incorporating teaching rooms, spaces for relevant support services, and economic facilities.The teaching rooms include 19 classrooms designed for classes with 30 students each, along with one multipurpose hall. Additionally, plans include the creation of an educational botanical garden through greening and horticultural arrangements on the roof walk-through terrace.
The new school building boasts a usable area of 2819,30m2 and a gross built area of 3258,45m2, spanning across the basement, ground floor, and first floor.
