Mihajlov Apartments

Development of an architectural design project and execution of a residential building, boasting a gross area of 3700㎡, encompassing a two-level underground parking, ground floor, and seven additional floors. A total of 46 modern apartments, comprising two-room, three-room, and four-room layouts, have been constructed. The interplay of full and empty spaces, along with protruding and recessed elements on the second level, contributes to the plasticity of the facade, giving the building an original architectural expression.

With its contemporary appearance and individualized solutions for the residential units, the building rightfully earns its place among the selected works of the 18th Biennale of Macedonian Architecture, BIMAS 2016.
