Mental Health Center for Children and Adolescents
An architectural design project has been developed for the reconstruction and adaptation, with a focus on improving energy efficiency, of a section of the building that houses the Mental Health Service for Children and Young People (MZMDC Mladost). This service operates as a central national health institution, dedicated to mental health, psycho-motor growth, and development. It implements health treatments and medical rehabilitation for children and youth.
Functionally, the space utilized by ZMZDM Mladost is designed to include an outpatient-therapeutic department, a genetic laboratory, a room for play therapy with observation, an EEG cabinet, administration offices, economic-sanitary premises, and communication facilities.
The reconstructed service building has a usable area of 1250m2, spanning from the ground floor to four floors and an attic.
