An architectural design project has been developed for the reconstruction andadaptation, with a focus on improving energy efficiency, of a section of thebuilding that houses the Mental Health Service for Children and Young People(MZMDC Mladost). This service operates as a central national healthinstitution, dedicated to mental health, psycho-motor growth, and development.It implements health treatments and medical rehabilitation for children andyouth.
The reconstructed service building has a usable area of 1250m2, spanning from the ground floor to four floors and an attic.
Concept
Functionally, the space utilized by ZMZDM Mladost is designed toinclude an outpatient-therapeutic department, a genetic laboratory, a room forplay therapy with observation, an EEG cabinet, administration offices,economic-sanitary premises, and communication facilities.
