A project for the construction of a private residential house with a gross area of 220㎡, featuring a ground floor and an attic.
The building is situated on a sloping terrain, with the entrance to the plot located at the lowest point. Due to this configuration, the modern family home appears to be elevated on a pedestal when viewed from the street. Access to the ground floor is provided through a playful and attractive staircase.
The client's requirements emphasized a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and functionality. A key design element was a spacious living area with panoramic views. Sustainability features, like energy-efficient windows and eco-friendly materials, were incorporated. The staircase design focused on safety and visual appeal, reflecting the family's desire for a unique and welcoming entrance.
