The facility, a single-story structure covering an area of 3210㎡, features variable heights within the halls ranging from 4m to 8m. It is functionally divided into three spaces as work zones.

The primary purpose of the facility is to provide space for industrial service, including the assembly and servicing of machines, vehicles, and tools for agricultural production. This area has a useful space of 716㎡, and the height is additionally increased to accommodate the installation of a crane beam, necessary for the technological work process.

The space designated for the storage of materials, equipment, and tools related to agricultural production is equipped with metal racks attached to the floor, arranged at a distance to ensure maneuverability with forklifts. This area covers a useful space of 1850㎡.

For business and auxiliary functions supporting the main activity, a dedicated space of 500㎡ has been allocated. Within this space, offices for employees, restrooms, changing rooms with showers, and a canteen providing hot meals, complete with a kitchen and warehouse, have been organized.
