An architectural design project has been prepared for the construction of a modern double-family house. The sloping terrain allows for the creation of a cascading courtyard, incorporating planned swimming pools in the intimate part of the courtyard. The semi-detached house is organized into a basement, ground floor, and first floor, with a total area of 1660㎡, equating to 830㎡ for each family. Each residential unit in the basement features an apartment with an independent entrance, while the ground floor is designated for daily living spaces. On the first floor, four bedrooms are provided for each family.
