House V&Z

An architectural design project has been prepared for the reconstruction and upgrading of a family house with a total area of 480㎡, encompassing a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic. The existing building received a new contemporary look through the reconstruction of the ground floor and the first floor, along with the addition of a completely new residential level in the attic. Each level of the building is designed to accommodate separate four-room residential units, providing housing for a total of three families.

The structural elements in the building are constructed with reinforced concrete and steel, while the non-structural wall surfaces are composed of ceramic blocks.
