An architectural design project has been prepared for the construction of a family house with a total area of 350m², including a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic. The ground floor, situated at ground level, features a living room with access to both the front and back yard. On the first floor, four bedrooms are arranged, and the attic is planned to accommodate one apartment with a south orientation, along with an auxiliary room in the north.
