An architectural design project for the construction of a family house with a gross area of 450m², comprising a cellar, ground floor, and first floor. Positioned as a free-standing house in a 1000m² yard, it is situated at a corner between two streets. The design includes three independent residential units, each with separate entrances. The ground floor accommodates one living space, while the first floor features two independent apartments.
